The proposal to add a gauge to the TriSilo ($SILO, $frxETH, $crvUSD) Curve pool has successfully passed.
This will allow $CRV and $CVX rewards to be emitted to TriSilo LPs.

Many lending platforms have "dust accounts" which are not really worth liquidating due to gas -> those leave some inevitable bad debt. With soft liquidations in, fraction of those is really small.
We have some $39 bad debt in crvUSD (but everyone can liquidate at a tiny loss)
